3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To submit reviews or answers on our platform, you must create an account. Account creation requires:

• A valid email address
• Email confirmation to activate your account
• Agreement to these Terms of Service

You do not need an account to browse content on the Service.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to create multiple accounts to circumvent our policies or engage in fraudulent activity.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Behavior

4.3 Automated Monitoring and Review

We use automated filters to detect profanities and other offensive language in submissions. Content flagged by our automated systems will be sent for human review before being published. We reserve the right to refuse publication of any content that violates these Terms.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Submissions

When you submit reviews, answers, or other content to the Service ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant Livingin.ae a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Use, copy, modify, and display your User Content on the Service
• Reproduce your User Content in any format or medium
• Create derivative works based on your User Content

5.2 Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that:

• The User Content does not violate any law or regulation

5.3 Content Moderation

Livingin.ae reviews User Content for compliance with these Terms. We may:

• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Reject content flagged by our automated systems
• Moderate offensive language before publication

However, we are not obligated to pre-screen all User Content, and we do not guarantee that all violating content will be detected or removed.

5.4 Reporting Inappropriate Content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit this content without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us the rights described in Section 5.1.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.2 No Guarantee of Content Accuracy

Livingin.ae does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of User Content submitted by other users. Reviews, answers, and other User Content reflect the opinions and experiences of individual users and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

7.3 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livingin.ae and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Damages arising from User Content or third-party content

This limitation applies even if Livingin.ae has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.4 Cap on Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Livingin.ae's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Livingin.ae in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not paid fees to Livingin.ae, your remedy is limited to termination of your account.

8. User Conduct Enforcement

8.1 Account Suspension and Termination

Livingin.ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have:

• Violated these Terms of Service
• Engaged in spam, bot activity, or fraudulent behavior
• Violated any applicable law or regulation
• Engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service

Account suspension or termination may be immediate and without notice if we believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

8.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• Your right to access the Service is immediately revoked
• Any content you have submitted remains on the Service (subject to our content moderation policies)
• You may not re-register unless authorized by Livingin.ae
